Norwegian Spirit will return to Australia and New Zealand for her third consecutive season, while Norwegian Sun and Norwegian Sky will both make their debut in Asia, offering an extensive eight-month season from October 2024 through May 2025. Both ships are more intimate, allowing for port-rich and country-intensive itineraries that typically feature one or fewer sea days, maximizing guests’ time on the ground.
Among the highlights of the upcoming cruises is Norwegian Spirit’s brand-new sailing from Australia to Asia, a 14-day cruise in December 2024 via the Great Barrier Reef, which includes an extended overnight stay in Bali. Additionally, Norwegian Spirit will make the Brand’s first port of call to Rarotonga, Cook Islands, in November 2025.
Moreover, Norwegian Sun and Norwegian Sky will offer guests an extensive range of country-intensive Asia cruises, taking them deeper into captivating destinations in Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Norwegian Sun will make the Brand’s very first port of call to Akita, Japan, in October 2024.

The Asia Pacific region is an increasingly popular destination for cruise travellers, and the expansion of Norwegian Cruise Line’s offerings in the region is welcome news for cruise enthusiasts.
