Partnering with Kelly Hoppen CBE – Elevating Design to New Heights
To bring their vision to life, Celebrity Cruises collaborated with internationally renowned interior designer Kelly Hoppen CBE of Kelly Hoppen Interiors. Her expertise and creativity have infused the ship with a fresh, exciting, and contemporary aesthetic that embodies Celebrity’s award-winning style that exudes elegance and sophistication.
Once the ship’s bold modern lines were sketched, Kelly took the lead on the design of accommodations. Not your standard hotel room, Celebrity Edge’s staterooms have a residential feel, and are relaxed, comfortable enclaves with the intimacy of an inviting and indulgent urban apartment. Says Hoppen, “We were inspired by the notion that it is possible to sail away from the demands of modern living, and retreat to a splendid space with an endlessly changing view.
